A resource center to reconnect livestock farming and specialized plant production
Description
Ewes or poultry to manage grass cover in vineyards or orchards, laying hens to complement market gardening, and more. Practices involving the reconnection of specialized crops and livestock are on the rise. More common in the South of France, they are gaining ground for their agro-ecological benefits. However, you can't just become a farmer! To provide you with all the information you need before getting started, the ESPERE project is working on a dedicated resource area, which will be presented to you as a preview.
