Le système de sécurité Contactless a été pensé depuis plusieurs années au sein du service Recherche & Développement d’INFACO. Il s’agit d’un dispositif d’émission et de réception de champs électromagnétiques à haute fréquence (HF) émis et reçus par des antennes 3D miniaturisées. Chacune d’elle est insérée dans un capteur qui se clipse directement sur un sécateur F3020 (le dernier modèle) de la marque. Un algorithme spécifique permet alors de calculer en temps réel la position des deux capteurs et déterminer la zone de protection. The Contactless safety system has been the brainchild of INFACO's Research & Development department for several years. It consists of a device for transmitting and receiving high-frequency (HF) electromagnetic fields emitted and received by miniaturized 3D antennas. Each antenna is inserted into a sensor that clips directly onto the brand's latest F3020 pruning shears. A specific algorithm then calculates in real time the position of the two sensors and determines the protection zone. The main advantage of this technology is its low power consumption and reliability in a demanding outdoor environment: simply slip a wireless frequency transmitter with 12-hour autonomy into an ambidextrous mitt or glove (mid-season or winter). The system is ready to use, but the protection zone can be set according to the size of the hand: the solution is completely adaptable, so that you can maintain your working habits while protecting the pruner.when the hand opposite the pruning shears gets too close, the blade opens instantly. The option features three safety zones that can be set directly from the pruning shears or the INFACO mobile app (to be combined with an optional connected box) according to the size of the pruner's hand. The zone has a well thought-out oval shape to follow the curves of the hand and preserve work habits.
