With the exception of content provided by third parties (exhibitors, partners, etc.), all trademarks, logos, corporate names, acronyms, domain names, texts, illustrations, images, videos and more generally any other element appearing on the Site is the exclusive property of SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers or third parties having authorized SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers to use them.

Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, without the prior written authorization of SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright.

5.2. Content provided by third parties (exhibitors, partners)

The Site may also present information (texts, images, videos, etc.) provided by third parties, such as exhibitors or partners of SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers. Such content remains the exclusive property of its authors and is distributed under their sole responsibility.

The authors of such content warrant to SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers that they hold all necessary rights (copyright, neighbouring rights, image rights, etc.) for their publication on the Site and that they comply with the laws and regulations in force.

The Site may reference or propose services, offers or special conditions proposed by partners and customers. SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers does not intervene in the contractual relationship that may be established between the user and the partner and/or customer and declines all responsibility in the event of litigation, breach or non-performance of obligations by the latter.

In the event of unlawful content

Purchases made at the trade show - with the exception of those covered by a consumer credit contract and those resulting from a personal invitation to visit a stand to collect a gift - do not give rise to a right of withdrawal under the conditions set out in articles L.311-11 et seq (14-day right of withdrawal for consumer credit offers) and L 121-21 et seq (14-day right of withdrawal for off-premises contracts) of the French Consumer Code.
The exhibitor is obliged to inform the consumer before the conclusion of any contract under the conditions set out in art. L. 121-97 of the French Consumer Code.

SPL ALTEC - Destination Angers (or its appointed service providers) may take photographs, videos or other recordings during the event for the purposes of illustration, promotion and communication relating to the event. Similarly, the press and television are likely to be present, and certain photographs or videos in which you may appear during your visit could be used by third parties (press, media, individuals, etc.) or by us, online or offline.

By participating in the event, you consent to the capture and use of your image in this context. If you wish to exercise your image rights, please contact us at the address given in point 1 of this legal notice.

Destination Angers is not responsible for photos, images or videos captured and distributed by third parties (press, media, exhibitors, individuals, etc.) without its agreement.

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
